Foreword on Summer synopsis

I hope your summer went well. Mine didn't. the last 5 weeks especially didn't. it has drained me, and I am still having to deal with the aftermath of it. and I am so tired that I don't want to deal with the aftermath of it. I don't even want to remember this summer, that's how bad it was. But pewrhaps by writing about it, I can learn a little more (and so can you) about life and leadership. So, without fdurther ado, I present to you (in installments):
